I have Windows 2000 so I am struggling with Cool Edit Pro 2.1 when ever I go to click it I get the following error message:

File integrity compromised. Please check your system for hard drive problems or viruses and then reinstall.

I checked my computer and then there is no virus. I tried to uninstall used control panel but failed.

Could someone help me with any suggestions? :) Thanks a lot
