According to the error messages you have missing files in your Wordpress install directory.

Personally I use DesktopServer for my Wordpress development environment it is far easier than Wamp and is free for up to 3 development sites so well worth a look.

If you want to try and resolve the issue with Wamp try re-downloading Wordpress.

If you are doing local development you can't.

If you are talking about a live site then you need to install Wordpress on your hosting in the root directory that is allocated for your domain by the hosting company.

Your host will have something called cPanel, in there you can select the Softaculous option and install Wordpress from there. It's all point and click. I would look into some security plugins though. Namely the Ninjafirewall plugin.

Note that just buying a domain, doesn't necessarily mean you have a hosting account. You need the domain and the host to serve the domain. If you don't have hosting and just the domain, look at Stablehost for hosting. I've heard good things from them.

I would have bought the domain from Namesilo. If GoDady has two factor auth, and you have a smart device, install the App Authy and two factor your domain account at Go Daddy. Read there how tos. You really don't want to have your host also have your domain. That's just asking for trouble.

    To do what?

If you have hosting go to your hosting dashboard which may or not be cPanel and see if there is an inbuilt option there to install Wordpress. Let us know who your host is and what sort of hosting dashboard that you have and we may be able to give some specific advice. Alternatively have a look at your hosting companies FAQ / Help pages there may well be something there on how to install Wordpress.
