    Hi Experts,

I have Windows 10 OS and the RAM is 4GB. Before 10 days, I saved some photographs in D drive and they were fine. Today, when I am trying to open these pictures then preview is unavailable. Now I am on hot bricks and want to fix this problem as soon as possible.

    Please guide me.

    Tina,

Try to open your photographs in another photo viewer.

Now check the backup of your photos. I think there is a corruption issue. Tina, you can try a photo repair software which repairs the JPEG files. My college friend used this kind of tool. Check here

If VincentL suggestion does not work try restoring your computer to the date your pictures were working fine.
