Turned on computer and it shows that windows 95 plus is starting and it flashed a message saying the lmouse is not installed and goes to the screen saying it is now safe to turn you computer off. Is this a mouse installation error? I can boot it up in safe mood, but I don't seem to see any problems.

lmouse would be a logitec mouse driver. If you have a logitec mouse, try removing and reinstallling the drivers for it.
