I am running Windows XP. When I boot up, my desktop icons appear but I also get a message "Error loading C:\WINDOWS\mshobatl.dll The specified module could not be found" Posted in software and got solution to turning off. Was advised to post on this forum on how to remove this as they thought it was a leftover file from a virus.
Thanks,
lapadarpa
