I am working with HP Home and up to recently I was able to access some of my older programs which are on floppy disks. When I now try to access these programs I get the message, Please re-install the following module to your system 32 directory Keyboard, Driver
I tried the system restore but accomplished nothing. I tried to re-install the programs but again I get the message stated above. I tried to re-install the drives which came with the unit but it too did not work I contacted Gateway for an answer and received an e-mail which was 4 pages in length and it included 48 steps which I am told will correct this problem, I am not advanced enough to tackle the guidance given. Perhaps you may have some suggestions, if so Thanks, if not Thanks non the less. At worst I'll try the 48 steps.
