Everytime I turn on my computer, I get this error message: "syscpy.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. I will close it and it will be ok. Just wondering what is wrong. Thanks in advance for your help. :)

Hi There!

Download either AdAware or Spybot S&D, install, run the update utility, then scan the system and let it remove all the garbage.

Once that's done, if the error continues, then download & run HiJackThis and post your log.

Good Luck!

If you know what the executable file is related to, go to control panel, add/remove programs and uninstall the application. Then you can reinstall it again after reboot.

I already had Spybot. I ran the scan and got rid of the garbage. I have hijack this already too. I thought I would post my log anyway to see if you saw anything that needed to be fix.

Thanks, Tammy

Start by Fixing these!

Then update your Spybot
scan again and if it don't find anything else, go download I install AdAware, run the updates and scan that way too!

Lately I have seen AdAware catch things that Spybot has missed!

C:\Program Files\BroadJump\Client Foundation\CFD.exe
C:\Program Files\ClearSearch\Loader.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\77537173.exe
