Hi Tech Guy. On startup this message flashes up:

    c:\Windows\Temp\SWTMP\LOGS\ISWSHEX.SWI

I don't know what it means but it is annoying and I would like some help please.

That error message is coming from a Temp folder.

If you go to C:\WINDOWS\Temp, can you find the SWTMP folder?

If so, click on it and open the LOGS folder. Can you find ISWSHEX.SWI?

Other than C:\WINDOWS\Temp\SWTMP\LOGS\ISWSHEX.SWI, what does the error message say exactly?

Well, it was zone alarm causing the issue. Now I remember the problem stared after an update so I've ditched zone alarm and am now running COMODO firewall which has three levels, I chose the middle one, not sure about the top level ?

    Thanks again for the guidance.

    Have a good one.
