when Im trying to install a particular software before it's complete I get this message error 1329a file that is required cannot be installed because WIN\TEMPORARYINTERNETFILES\CONTENT.IES\FKRELC5W\RCSO2E~1[1]. CABINET IS NOT DIGITALLY SIGNED. THIS MAY INDICATE THAT CABINET IS CORRUPT.

Then a few seconds later I get this message

Welcome to TSG, eyesondlite. What is it that you are downloading and trying to install?

The first thing I would try for this is to clear the Temporary Internet Cache and try downloading again. When downloading make sure all unnecesary programs are terminated. You may want to keep your antivirus running but if it is a trusted vendor such as Microsoft you are downloading from, I would turn it off. You can do a ctrl-alt-del and end task everything else but Explorer, systray, rnnapp, and the page and files you are downloading.

If that doesn't help, have a look at the MS page here for how to troubleshoot installer errors such as that one using the msiexec.txt (an installer log) (you will probably have to do a file search to locate it)

That particular error is used as one example.
