Receiving the following: MotiveSB.exe Unable to locate component

Error message mentions SBHook.dll problem

This routine happens upon system boot. Since this occurance, it seems I am having trouble downloading, i.e. anti-virus software(free trial stuff_) Any connections with Error/no download capability?

I think that MotiveSB.exe is the Verizon online support center software. Have you recently installed anything like a firewall? (i.e. Zone Alarm)

Is MotiveSB.exe checked in msconfig in Startup?

I'm guessing SBHook is a driver file within the Verizon software
I'm not very familiar with it...any chance you can reinstall it?
