    Hello tech guy supporters, i have a friend whose computer keeps shutting down after he gets this message...does anyone know what the problem might be?

    But what shall be needed to be done in safemode?

    Sometimes if you can start in safe mode the problem will resolve it's self.

    If you can't even boot to safe mode you may need to get out the Windows CD and do a restore.

    Could be a corrupt profile.

    If the person can get into an account that has admin rights you could create a new profile and move any data into the new profile.
