If you are getting that "cannot find..." message and you have Virtual Private Networking checked in Add/Remove programs>Windows Setup>Communications, try clearing the check.

I see Doyce and I posted the same link; the only question is whether you need "Virtual Private Networking'. Few people do, if you are otherwise connecting to the internet fine, you probably don't.
