Error oleaut32.dll when starting Explorer

    I've always had Internet Explorer but something went wrong. So I reinstalled IE but whenever I attempt to start it I'm told That it has encountered a problem and needs to close. It's Error signature it says:
    AppName:iexplore.exe AppVer 6.0.2800.1106
    ModName: oleaut32.dll ModVer:2.404515.0
    Offset:0000146b
    What do i do?

    Try this,go to add/remove programs in the control panel,click on Interenet Explorer,then remove, but take the option to repair it and see if that will work ......

    On my control panel. Internet Explorer does not appear

    you need to click add/remove programs after selecting control panel

    I did a repair but it still didn't work. What Now?
