error on page

    Hi,
    i am having a problem trying to get to a program ,ihave to log in for this program,i have checked with the producer and my log in details are ok.
    they say i must have browser problems possibly in the settings also with a firewall ,although microsoft say that the firewall would not cause any problems can any one help me to get to this program. O/S is xp on a compaq evo computer thanks if you can

    the program is in the sport section of my providers home page mainly to watch live horse racing.

    You probably need a program like real player to view the horse racing. check to see if you have "real" in your Start>programs menu

    i have got the proper player from the site putting program out,however since posting i have a error code come up it is:c00d2712 with this message, error on page,could not complete the operation

    Hi again
    just to let you know microsoft come up with the answer although rebel music did say it was media player seemingly the provider og the program told me to use media 9 when microsoft said download version 10 it worked thanks anyway for your time and answers
