I created an access DB for a list of people I need to send letters to. When I go to the label wizard, I double click "NAME" but when I click FINISH, the word "ERROR" prints where the name should go. Everything else prints fine though. I have the cell formatted as text. What could be wrong?

NAME is a reserved name in Access. You'd better change your field name to something like CustomerName or something else....

See www.theofficeexperts.com/access.htm for some other basic rules...
