I have purchased a peice of software(Squeeze Page Wizard),and my problem is,i cannot
install the software. In the setup wizard,i am getting a message with a white cross in a
red circle background: headed File Download with the following message -error sending
request.a connection with the the server could not be established, which is in an oblong
    box.

If anyone can assist,i will appreciate it.Thanks

    Sincerely

I checked via Google and in January 2009 they were giving away free versions.
Since you have bought it I think the logical way is to get their support or maybe there is a FAQ list somewhere to help you troubleshoot.
As far as I can make up from your post is that you do not have a connection to some ftp site or something so I am thinking it's a setting that is not correct or not allowed

Hi Hans,Thanks for your reply via the forum,i do not usually have any problems when i purchase any
software, but, i have been trying without any success to solve the problem with the vendors support
    team.

I have now requested a full refund for the software, and i have downloaded a free squeeze page tool
from the web, which i wish i had thought of in the first place. Thanks again for your help.Cheers

    Sincerely

    Keith
