Using Windows 10 with all the latest updates.

When I click on "Sponsored" links at www.msn.com, I get "Error: URI Too Long" on a blank white page. This happens with Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer. (I've never tried Edge). This happens on two desktop computers and my two week old tablet which also runs Windows 10.

I've Googled but all I have come up with so far is what seems like programmers talking to each other about programming.
