Error when burning DVD

This week I am having an error when burning dvds. Not all dvds but maybe 1 every 5 or 6 dvds I get an error.

Hi there, Had the same issue quite sometime ago, It seems to work at 2.4x, why don't you give it a try?

I see that you have SP2 only. You should seriously consider upgrading to SP3.

On this computer I don't have internet, that's why I dont have SP3. And I believe that the problem is not because of SP2.

Are you trying to copy a store bought DVD?
I am copying from an original and brand new dvd that I just rented from a rental store.

First, I have corrected the incorrect quote in your previous post, secondly you need to read the rules. Copying a DVD, either bought or rented, is illegal and not supported here.
