Go here and run at least two of the online scanners.

    http://forums.techguy.org/t110854/s.html

Then go to the Microsoft windows update site and get all of the critical patchs for your OS and IE.

When complete post another HJT log for review.

Did a search on the Norton AV site and came up with this:

    W32.Spybot.Worm
NOTE: Symantec Security response has received reports of variants of this worm creating zero-byte files in the Startup folder. These files may have filenames such as "TFTP780" or "TFTP###", where # can be any number.

    http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.spybot.worm.html

    Hope this helps,

    MBN

Yep, that's why I suggested the virus scans ;)

But I didn't make it that far down the log, I was halted at MSConfig45.exe
