Please be patient. This is not live tech support. It's common courtesy on message boards to wait 24 hours before making another reply to bump your thread back up to the top. Your second reply served to take it out of the list of unanswered threads thereby reducing the chances of getting a response even more. You're allowed one reply to bump and still have the thread appear in the "unanswered threads" list.

Step 1:
Please visit:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
open "hosts" file with notepad and ensure all lines begin with hash "#"

Step 2:
Follow bellow steps to open PowerShell:

1. Right click on Windows button and select "Windows PowerShell (Admin)"
2. copy bellow code then right click into the console and hit enter
Code:
nslookup youtube.com > C:\dns.txt
3. copy bellow code then right click into the console and hit enter
Code:
ping youtube.com > C:\ping.txt
4. copy bellow code then right click into the console and hit enter, wait for command to complete.
Code:
tracert youtube.com > C:\trace.txt
WARNING: file contents of trace.txt may expose your approximate physical location, if you have problem with that feel free to skip it, or send via private message.

You can find 3 text files in your C root drive, zip them up and share here.

Step 3:
Reset router to factory defaults.
Note that this will restore default WI-FI network name and password, username/password to access router will also be reset in addition to all other settings.

You can find default username/password on the back of a router.
To open router settings (for example to modify passwords and WI-FI name) you need to enter router IP into browser address bar.

To find out router IP run bellow command:
ipconfig

"Default gateway" is router IP
Router factory reset is usually done by taking some sort of a toothpick and finding a tinny hole on router.

Mouse over my username, wait for pop up, then "Start conversation".
Only "trace.txt" file, we'll talk other stuff here.

BTW. Know that resetting router to factory defaults could disconnect your from internet.
if you're connected with LAN cable not a problem.

You will find that all replies should be here in the open forum.
I suggest you skip the ''trace.txt'' file and continue your replies here.

Our rules are to keep all help in the public forum. Do not suggest taking information private again, please.
OK, apologies, I just didn't want tracert output to be shared without consent.
And I did read the rules, to be 100% sure before posing this but there is no mention of exposing user personal information.

but never mind, i'll just skip this part next time, sorry.

your a moderator i trust you is his steps are safe
I would not suggest posting your exact mailing address, but revealing your approxiamate location via a tracert or your IP address should be no problem.
