    Hi,
I am unable to open little menu when I right click on the Eset icon in the taskbar.
It works for a few minutes when I first startup my computer. A few minutes later it stops working or if I open the Eset smart security window it also stop working. Sometime the icon disappears altogether.
I switched from ESS 4 to 5 rc and the icon hasn't disappeared yet but I can't open the little, quick access menu. I am running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.
    Can anyone help?
    Thanks in Advance!

I would revert to version 4. I always stay away from Beta versions.

The only thing is that the problem was worse on 4. But I'm going to try the Eset forums to see if I can get any help.

You did install the 64-bit version of ESET, right?

Do you have another antivirus running on your computer?

Just changed my download link. Was it the same uninstaller? It needs to run in Safe Mode.

You're not getting any error messages? Is the ESET Service stopping?
