I have just downloaded Eudora 6.0 and am running some tests on it. How do I set it to not be my default email program? Already I'm receiving email msgs. in Eudora which would normally be delivered to my OE program where I wish them to continue to go until I decide otherwise. TIA.

In Eudora, go to Tools - Options - Incoming Mail

Put a tick in the box "Leave Mail on Server"

That way, even if Eudora is used to collect the mail, it will stay there until OE collects it.

In Internet Explorer, go Tools - Internet Options - Programs.

Select OE as the program for e-mail.

Eudora will only collect the mail if you ask it to.
Perhaps you have it set to collect every (x) minutes?
Set it to 0 minutes, it will never collect the mail then unless you press "Check for Mail"
