Event ID 4243 and 1010 HELP!

I keep getting Event ID 4243 and 1010, each one happens about 20 times a day. Does anyone have any info about these errors? I am having a hard time finding much of anything on 4243...oh yeah this is on nt4 server...

Thanks for the reply but I allready checked those, that is usually a great site to start but they dont give enough info for 4243....any other ideas?

afraid not cfreyman............not familiar with this topic at all but no doubt someone will look in and shed some light on it.all i can sugest is keep digging.......ill go and have a look around and post back here with anything i find.
