Although the Lavalys site and other sites show the latest version of Everest Home Edition to be 1.51.195, there are 2.00 versions available. In fact, the most current version is 2.00.269.

The best way to obtain and keep track of the latest release of 2.00 is to go to http://www.google.com and type in "Everest Home Edition 2.00". It will display several links with different 2.00 version numbers, so you'll have to look for the link with the most current version.

Once you download and save the ZIP file, unzip it into the C:\Program Files\Lavalys\Everest Home Edition folder, then allow it to overwrite the current files. Once you do that, opening the program will display the new version number in the lower left corner.

I've been using version 2.00 for awhile now, and it seems to work just fine. (y)

Glad to hear it is working fine for you. I am always hesitant to download beta versions until they get the bugs out. Thanks for info.

I use a small number of beta programs with no problems. MSN Messenger 7.0.0604 is one of them.
