Everio MediaBrowser, orange exclamation mark

I am currently running Windows Vista and just purchased a JVC Everio camera.

I have loaded all the software onto my PC and have successfully uploaded videos, edited and etc.

This evening after I combined 3 videos into a movie and attempted to save under my Video folder but was unable to do so. Upon returning to to the MediaBrowser program all the videos that I recently had access to now have orange exclamation marks on them; and if I attempt to view them I get a "failed importing" message. I have done several searches had have been unsuccessful in finding an answer.

I took another test video and uploaded it the same way and it seems to be fine. I am unable to find any of the video with Windows Media Player, except the test video. Do you think I have lost my videos?

Any suggestions would be appreciated,
