Everything is good except one minor problem.

I work on removing malware all of the time. I have all the programs from Malwarebytes to TDSSKiller and everything in between. This malware disabled the internet and I got it back up and running. Malwarebytes found 40 malware and RKill ran clean, as did Combofix, and TDSSKiller. However, getting on IE9, I cannot get onto hotmail, facebook, nor can I click on download links. I can do all of this with Firefox and Chrome, but just not IE9. I went to Microsoft and found a IE9 repair kit and it didn't help. Any ideas?

I know you say you have run MBAM, so can you post the latest log where you got the 40 entries.

Also, lets make sure its totally clean, as it may still have some remains causing this problem

Download Security Check from here.

• Save it to your Desktop.
• Double click SecurityCheck.exe and follow the onscreen instructions inside of the black box.
• A Notepad document should open automatically called checkup.txt; please post the contents of that document.

Download and scan with SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition for Home Users

• Double-click SUPERAntiSpyware.exe and use the default settings for installation.
• An icon will be created on your desktop. Double-click that icon to launch the program.
• If asked to update the program definitions, click "Yes". If not, update the definitions before scanning by selecting "Check for Updates". (If you encounter any problems while downloading the updates, manually download and unzip them from here.)
• Under "Configuration and Preferences", click the Preferences button.
• Click the Scanning Control tab.
• Under Scanner Options make sure the following are checked (leave all others unchecked):
  • Close browsers before scanning.

  • Terminate memory threats before quarantining.
• Click the "Home" button to leave the control center screen.

• Click Scan your computer.
• On the left, select all fixed drives.
• Click "Start Complete Scan" to start the scan. Please be patient while it scans your computer.
• After the scan is complete, a Scan Summary box will appear with potentially harmful items that were detected. Click "Continue".
• Make sure everything has a checkmark next to it and click "Next".
• A notification will appear that "Quarantine and Removal is Complete". Click "Remove Threats" and then click the "Finish" button to return to the main menu.
• If asked if you want to reboot, click "Yes".
• To retrieve the removal information after reboot, launch SUPERAntispyware again.
  • Click View Scan Logs.
    [*]Under Scanner Logs, double-click SUPERAntiSpyware Scan Log.
    [*]If there are several logs, click the current dated log and press View log. A text file will open in your default text editor.
    [*]Please copy and paste the Scan Log results in your next reply.
  [*]Click Close to exit the program.

Please download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop.

• Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.
• Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista, 7, or 8; instead of double-clicking, right-mouse click JRT.exe and select "Run as Administrator".
• The tool will open and start scanning your system.
• Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.
• On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.
• Post the contents of JRT.txt into your next message.

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your desktop.

• Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
• Click on Search.
• A logfile will automatically open after the scan has finished.
• Please post the contents of that logfile with your next reply.
• You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[R1].txt as well.

Please include the SUPERAntiSpyware Scan Log, MBAM log, JRT.txt, C:\AdwCleaner[R1].txt and checkup.txt in your next reply.
