    I'm guessing you have a Dell Inspiron 3646 desktop which originally came with Windows 7 64-bit.

    One primary reason for its slowness is its very weak dual core processor.

    We also don't know how well you maintain it and what's installed in it, so there could be a number of other reasons for its slowness.

    You might consider asking a computer-knowledgeable family member or friend to look at and troubleshoot it.
