Everytime I download an image or file on my computer it shows up on my computer

    screen. How do I stop that?

    Any help would be simply awesome!

    Hi and welcome,
    I think your downloads are saving to desktop (the screen). What web browser are you using (Internet Explorer or Firefox or ...).
    With that info it should be possible to help you change the default download location.

    what browser are you using? you may need to go to your browser settings to the download section and make sure the path is correct for your downloads. there should also be a selection to always ask. If so, select it so the next time you want to download, it will ask and you can tell it where you want the file to go. normally you only have to do it one time and the browser will remember you selection
