Here's another BHO that should go as well:

And if you are still getting pop-ups or adware it is likely the result of

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [PCDRealtime] C:\WINDOWS\realtime.exe

which is reported to do this. It the PC DOC diagnostic application that you might have installed.
