hey all, i need help. what i am trying to do is develop an excel spreadsheet where the user could enter values in, for example, all cells from A5:E20, and then press a button to print only the values in that range, not all others present on the spreadsheet, is that possible? cheers,

    Christian K.

Yes, you can set a print area. Highlight the cells that the users will print and then go to File/Print Area/Set Print Area. When the users click the print button or choose File/Print, it will print only those cells.
