Hi everyone,
I have a spreadsheet acting up.. when I try to put 7/17 for month/date and the cell is formatted to date it gives me 1/0 i think... no matter what date format I put, it gives me something else.
Anyone what any idea what is happening.
Okay, well that is a formula. Do not hit the = sign when typing in a date. Just type "7/17" (w/o quotes) and it will assume it's a date (and use the current system year).
I am not entering the = it does it automatically i am guessing. because all I am enter is 7/17 just like that and then it reeurn the 1/0. Now if i open a new spreadsheet it works fine.
Sosomething happen to this row that i can not figure out whay this row is doing.
Clear the contents of the cell, select the cell, goto Format | Cells | General (tab) and select General on the left and click Ok. Then try entering it again, see if that helps.
