OK not sure if this is possible or not, but thisi s what i wanted to do. I have a row where i have to enter the date. I was wondering if tere is a formula or something so that if i type 0213, it will automatically change the date to 2/13/2003. I know you can do this in access, but not sure if it can be done in excel. Thanks in advance.

Right click the cells, click format cells, then choose date from the number tab. IT's that easy
