Hi,

I need help on how to use an excel formula. Here is what I need to do. I need to set a cell equal to a certain number if another cell is equal to a certain company name. How would I do this ?

Thanks.

Conditional formatting or just put the formula in the cell.

=IF(C1="Company Name",Value if true,value if false)

Just add an OR function, and separate the possible values with commas:

Using Rockn's example:
=IF(OR(C1="Company Name", C2="Manager"),Value if true,value if false)

Using your example:

=IF(OR(A1=4,B1=1,C1=2,D1=3),"Okay!", "No Way!")
