    I have a spreadsheet with 2 sheets

On Sheet 1 the user inputs data. Sheet 2 is hidden but it manipulates the data that was input on sheet 1.

Sheet 2 ends up containing a number of different scenario answers e.g.

    HEADING
    Base $5,450
    MM $1,817
    Total $7,267

(Note the words are just text entries and the figures are answers. The formulas are in the cells containing the numbers)

I then want sheet 1 to show the different scenarios on the click of radio buttons

My difficulty is copying the scenarios to Sheet 1

I tried giving each scenario answer a range name but it doesn't copy them across. I end up with #VALUE!

    Does anyone have any suggestions

    Thanks

If the data in those cells is derived by Formula then you may be trying to copy the "Formula" to sheet1.
In which case you need to do a Paste Special - Values

Do you mean by using a macro behind the radio buttons?

I was trying to do it with a series of IF statements. If I give each individual cell a name it works perfectly but not when I combine more than one cell into the name

I would need to see an example of the worksheet to fully understand what you are doing.
