Hello, how can I publish an Excel spreadsheet or something related to a web server and let users view, edit and save data online, to have most features as they were working locally?

I've test this app: badblue.com

But when I live preview an spreadsheet most features are disabled.

Thank you.

If you have a website then you can use Access "Access Pages" on the website, they directly interact with your Access database.

Sharing an excel file over a network, AFAIK, can be done but much more limited than Access. If you want simultaneous workbook interaction from users, you're probably going to need some high dollar software (which has it's own pros/cons) i.e. Jedox. But I'm far from being a network expert.

Our solution is to use Documentum's eRoom, where we can store the Excel file and anyone authorized to edit can make changes. It keeps track of each version/change and who made it. The only limitation so far has been that only one person can edit at a time. But since we have only 5-6 who actually edit the file, it has proved workable. Again, the advantage is that we have some inside the company, and two other agencies who have access to it.
