We have an end-user that is experiencing strange behaviors while using MS Excel 2007.

While typing in a cell, his text begins in "black letters" and then when he types ll (small "L") the text character turns light green.

    Any suggestions?

Thanks for the suggestion, I will try this. However, the end user now tells me that this happens where ever he can type letters. ie Outlook email, word, etc.

I wonder if this is someone playing a trick on them with auto correct or some other Office thing like conditional formatting.
