I have a spreadsheet I need to send out to my entire company of around 300 people and I am sure that they all have different versions of Excel so how should I save my file to that universally everyone can open it?

    Hi poaform, welcome to TSG.

If you save it as the 97-03 version (.xls) everyone should be able to open it. They can probably also all open the most recent versions (.xlsx) since most people will have the compatibility pack installed, but better safe than sorry. Just make sure to pay attention to any warning messages you get when you save it to the lower version. There are some features in the newer versions that won't work if you save it to a lower version. Hope that helps.
