I have excel 97 and windows 95 on my computer. I want to know if there is a way to make a list of random cells and assign an f key or any other key that when used, the curser will move to the next cell on the list from a location of the list.

To my knowledge, the only way you'll do that:

Select ONLY the cells you want to tab through.
Hit Format-Cells, Protection tab, and uncheck the LOCK.
    Hit Tools-Protection, Protect Sheet.
Give a password or don't, it's up to you.
