Outlook 2003 - in Options you can set an email to "do not deliver before date/time"
During the day, I set it for a delay ## of hours and it works. If we set it to send after midnight, it doesnt.
What's stopping it from working after midnight.
Since were on Exchange, the client shouldnt have to be logged in in order for the delayed delvery to happen later??

SYMPTOMS
When you enable the Do not deliver before option to defer the delivery of a Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 e-mail message, the message may not be delivered at the scheduled time.
CAUSE
This behavior may occur if the following conditions are true:
" Outlook 2003 is running in Cached Exchange Mode. (were not using cached exchange mode)
" Outlook 2003 is not running at the scheduled time of the deferred delivery. (???????)
