    Hello everyone,
Here's a question about Exchange server 5.5 that I'm hoping someone can help me with.
I installed Exchange 5.5 with the Internet Mail service. It seems that when I send mail out to the Internet that I cannot get delivery and read receipts that I requested using Outlook 2000 client. I do get them, however, when I use mail to people inside my LAN.
Here is the message I get from my ISP, which I use as my mailhost:
"As part of the delivery process, your message was relayed to a machine tha does not not handle delivery status notifications. As a result, it is not possible to determine whether the message will get to its final destination.

    Please reply to [email protected]
if you feel this message to be in error.

Before Exchange, I was using a program called SL Mail for my Internet mail and delivery and read receipts worked fine----using the same mailhost.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance.
