While in programs or games warnings pop up saying:

    game.exe-Application Error
    The instruction at "0x73e6ba46"
    referenced memory at "0x0000000001".
The memory could not be "written"

the programs shut down, and at times my computer
    crashes and restarts.

I'm running WinXP and have 512mb ram, and have
    current anti-virus scans...

    please help!
    will
