In the 80's my friend called me Rockn Bob and substituted my name in the song Rapid Roy (Rockn Bob) the stock car boy.

    Lyrics:
Oh Rapid Roy that stock car boy
    He too much too believe
You know he always got an extra pack of cigarettes
Rolled up in his T-shirt sleeve
He got a tattoo on his arm that say "Baby"
He got another one that just say "Hey"
But every Sunday afternoon he is a dirt track demon
    In a '57 Chevrolet

Oh Rapid Roy that stock car boy
He's the best driver in the land
He say that he learned to race a stock car
    By runnin' shine outta Alabam'
    Oh the Demolition Derby
    And the Figure Eight
Is easy money in the bank
Compared to runnin' from the man
    In Oklahoma City
    With a 500 gallon tank

Oh Rapid Roy that stock car boy
    He too much too believe
You know he always got an extra pack of cigarettes
Rolled up in his T-shirt sleeve
He got a tattoo on his arm that say "Baby"
He got another one that just say "Hey"
And Sunday afternoon he is a dirt track demon
    In a '57 Chevrolet

    Yeah Roy so cool
That racin' fool he don't know what fear's about
He do a hundred thirty mile an hour
    Smilin' at the camera
With a toothpick in his mouth
He got a girl back home
    Name of Dixie Dawn
But he got honeys all along the way
And you oughta hear 'em screamin'
    For that dirt track demon
    In a '57 Chevrolet

Oh Rapid Roy that stock car boy
    He too much too believe
You know he always got an extra pack of cigarettes
Rolled up in his T-shirt sleeve
He got a tattoo on his arm that say "Baby"
He got another one that just say "Hey"
But every Sunday afternoon he is a dirt track demon
    In a '57 Chevrolet

I always had a case of beer in the trunk and the best music and car stereo and the chicks dug me....LOL

valley, short for valerie, is the name my dad gave me when I was very small. He was the only one who ever called me it. When I met my husband, he started calling me it too....it caught on once people heard him call me it and now just about everyone who knows me calls me valley.

as for the "20" part of my name....I'd love to get rid of it...I kept it because it was the same name I used at the bearshare forums and I wanted my friends from there to be able to find me here and know that it was me and not someone else.

Ever since I was a kid, I've been fascinated by watching lightning & electrical storms. My granddad was struck by lightning when I was a small child. I love to watch a storm over the ocean... wish it was warm & I was at the ocean now! :)

I used to drag race[legally] in my youth. Uh, that 57Ford was kinda slow. I named it Stone's Stone. After several seasons of consistancy[losing] , one night the tower nicknamed me 'Stoner'. That was about 1968? No real deep meaning or message.
Friends from that period still call me that.

My moniker is self-explanatory. I have made corporations rich and kept many people employed in the distilling, brewing, vinyards, and managed to cause the current shortage of maguey (agave) in Mexico!:)
