Hello
I am trying to help a friend resolve a problem, Win 98 256mb ram,1.8Ghz processor. While on-line at 1 webpage www.smartpages.com he experiences "explorer caused an invalid page fault at 0177:bff9d709. This only seems to happen at this web page, but he says another person in his family has had it happen at a different web site. Any suggestions??

Thank You

I can tell you the page produces one of the largest "pop-under" ads I've seen. In fact it did not fully load, more than half the pop-under was blank. The error may be associated with that. I would suggest you have them install, update and run Spybot. It may detect and remove some adware that may be causing a conflict.
