I get "Explorer has caused an error in GD132.DLL," also, "Explorer has caused an error in unknown" and sometimes when I'm on a website the window disappears when the Explorer error message appears. I appreciate your help.:)

It looks like your explorer file is affected; that sometimes happened. For me it once worked that I extracted all executive and DLL files, that are in the \windows directory and in both \systems directories, from the installation CD to a separate directory and then copied them into where they should belong. In this way you refresh your files without going through the installation, but only take the executive and DLL files, otherwise you will lose your configuration and set-up. If you want to play it easy to begin with, start with only explorer.exe and see whether that has any positive effect.
