    Hi! Kabzi! :p

Although i am not trained to read logs, i can still help you on the situation while the trained log readers come available.

    Follow the Steps Below:

    1. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL
    2. Scroll to explorer.exe and click it once.
    3. Click End Task in task manager, and then click OK for confirmation.
    4. All your icons and taskbar will disappear.
    5. Press CTRAL+ALT+DEL again.
    6. Click File > New Task (Run...) > Type explorer.exe
    7. This process will reset explorer. Your icons and taskbar will reappear.
    8. Try and copy and paste again.

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Also follow these steps:

    1. Can you copy and paste with the keyboard shortcuts CTRL+C (copy) and CTRL+V (paste)?

Well I did a bit of googling on "ivih264.dll" and it turned out to be an Inter-Video DVD File. Uninstalled Inter-Video DVD and now the Copy & Paste seems perfect.
    Thanks fo' your help anywayz......
