Hey there guys, this is my first post and i'm not so good with computers,
i have a little Emachines laptop that displays "Explorer.EXE - Unable to Locate Component" when i try to log into any user profile, Nothing appears on the desktop and there is no start menu or command bar. i have read other threads concerning this issue, but they seem to require a disc. even if i did have the disc, the laptop does not have a disc tray. all of the software was preloaded, can anybody help me?

That's a critical system file. You need to contact the computer manufacturer and request the Windows installation disks. Then you need to buy an external optical drive. Then run a Windows repair.
