Explorer hijacked

    Hi there hoping someone can help me remove this from my laptop accidently clicked on an exe file ( went Oh crap when I realised what I had done ) was trying to find drivers for my wifes computer.
    Anyway I have avg internet security system which I scanned with and when the scan was finished pop ups are everywhere have downoaded hijack and scanned and left the result below hope someone can help me out thank you
