Explorer opens then closes

    I am running windows xp sp2. The problem is everytime I try and open explorer it closes. If I open with noaddons then it opens but when I goto a website it closes.
    I tried to run inetcpl.cpl from start>run but it did nothing. I have tried this from both safe mode and normal mode.

    I did some searching on the internet and found something that said to run Malwarebyte's Anti-malware.
