Explorer Shell Extension caused by virus

    As you all can see, I got infected by a virus called BackDoor.Win32.Hupigon.Emv which creates a shell extension in Windows Explorer that causes the virus to reinstall itself when C drive is opened. I would appreciate some help on removing this annoying shell extension to rid me of my virus woes :p
