    Hi,

Go to Start > Run, type msconfig, hit OK and then click Startup tab.
Look for any item pointing to Exshell.exe, and if there uncheck the box.

Click OK, close MSconfig, and reboot.

    Now, what happens?

P.S., it's an [email protected] file.
